Parking Lot Grant

The Parking Lot Improvement Grant Program is to support local businesses in need of financial assistance to improve their parking facilities. The purpose of this grant is to help enhance the infrastructure of local businesses, improve accessibility for customers, and promote economic growth within the city.

The Parking Lot Improvement Grant must be approved by the EDC Board of Directors. All amounts over $10,000 must then go before the City Council for final approval. This incentive can be given as a reimbursement, or after a targeted line item on the performance agreement has been achieved the amount will be given on a cash basis.
