Booths and Tables Alowed
Bring a table and decorate your space or booth however you choose. Vehicles are not allowed onto the park grounds, but we will mark off space for you to bring a table or set up a booth. We'll also have golf carts and rangers available to help you bring your items in and out. You may begin setting up as early as 3 pm. Trick or treaters will be let in the park at 5:00 pm. You must be set up and ready to pass out candy at 5:00 pm. You must provide your own table but if you'd like to reserve a space. It is first come first serve. Electricity is limited.
"Sandy Creek Spooktacular"
is always held on October 31st.
Trunk or Treat has now changed to "The Sandy Creek Spooktacular" since we have moved the location to our new city park. The new park is located adjacent to Rubye McKeown City park at the corner of North St. and Alexander across from the Sheriff's Department. This is a safe, fun event for the whole family. A safe and secure opportunity for kids to trick or treat in the heart of downtown. Hundreds of kids and their families come out in an assortment of costumes to partake in this 4-hour event.
Local businesses and organizations set up and compete for the best booth, decorating their tables and handing out treats. Judges award prizes for the best trunk and Brookshire's provides gift cards and other prizes to the top three winners in each age category of a costume contest.
Back again this year is The Haunted Woods.
Kids can go through a scary maze if they dare!
This year's event will be held Saturday, October 31st, 6:00-9:00 pm.
Brookshire's will host a children's and pet costume contest. Prizes will be awarded! Brought to you
